MassMutual and SageView Advisory Services provide additional support, enabling STARS to contract for enhanced support to conduct outreach and help public agencies be aware of the advantages of joining the pool. As the assets in the pool grow the participants benefit with increased buying power in the recordkeeping and financial advisory markets. The contract starts August 1, 2020.
